Welcome to www.myearscapes.com / (the “Site”). We are committed to make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. Please read the Terms & Conditions prior to using the Site. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Myearscapes.
Your access, usage of the Site and browsing, purchase of any product(s) available to you through the Site indicates your full understanding, acknowledgment and acceptance to the Terms & Conditions.
Before making any purchase, it is your responsibility to review the following Terms & Conditions. The purchase of any product(s) through the Site represents your (i) acceptance, compliance with, and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and (ii) that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
ACCESS & USAGE OF SITE
By accessing or/and use of the Site, you represent and warrant that:
1) You are of legal age and capacity to access and/or use the Site;
2) All information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete;
3) You are legally and financially responsible for access and/or use of the Site
4) You do not use the Site for any illegal purposes
PRICE
Duties, Taxes & Custom Charges
Buyers are responsible for any/all duties, taxes and custom charges that may be incurred in their countries. The price payable from the Site does not include any/all duties and custom charges. Each country has its own regulation regarding the tax. Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes, while other countries are very restrictive and have high taxes. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend the buyers to learn the tax regulation of the destination country before purchasing from us.
PURCHASE
You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders. All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with us, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Each fully-paid order accepted by us shall constitute a separate and individual contract governed by these Terms & Conditions (an “Order”). We will assign an order number to your Order when we accept your Order.
If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because there may be an issue identified with your account due to credit and fraud.
Cancellation of Order
To cancel your order, please notify us at support@myearscapes.com within 12 hours after order has been placed . No cancellation will be accepted after the stipulated time period. This is because chances are that your order might have already been processed. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
PRODUCTS
Image
Product images may appear larger to show detailed view of the products. Always refer to the measurements before purchase. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of product size.
Measurements
All measurements provided on the Site are measurements which were taken as accurately as possible. Minor variations in measurement is not considered a defect and cancellation of order due to such instance is not permitted.
Colors
When editing images for display on the Site, we always strive to produce the most realistic colors of the products. However, different people may perceive different colors as different devices renders colors differently. Such situations are not within our control and we cannot be held responsible for purchases made with the wrong perception of colors.
PAYMENT
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay & PayPal.
Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Mailing address
Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address.
Please ensure address is correct. If you will like us to ship to another address, please contact us at support@myearscapes.com immediately after purchase is made. Change of address is not allowed once the parcel has been shipped.
VERIFICATION & AUTHORISATION OF PAYMENT
All orders will only be processed after payment is verified and cleared.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all customer orders in 2 – 4 business days, with the exception of weekends. For festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3 – 5 days in these cases.
SHIPPING METHOD & DURATION
We offer the lowest Flat DHL shipping fees at only EUR5.00 for express shipping and free for limited tracking packages.
Important notes:
1. Shipping duration for international shipment is estimated.
2. Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order.
3. Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.
4. Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.
If parcel does not reach within the shipping period, please email to support@myearscapes.com with your updated shipping address and contact number to facilitate our checking of your parcel.
PARCEL TRACKING
You will receive an ‘Order Shipped’ notification once your order has been shipped.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchanges and returns. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections.
For non-pierced jewelry, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind. Please email to our CS team at support@myearscapes.com for return/exchange for non-pierced jewelry.
Guidelines For Return Mail For Exchange/Return Of Item
1) Please ensure that the item is in original condition, original plastic packaging and in original gift box.
2) It should be mailed in a sturdy envelope to prevent any damage in transit.
3) Mail the parcel with registered tracking number to ensure delivery of return parcel
The shipping fee for exchanged item(s) back to buyer will be borne by the buyer.
If there are any unforeseen circumstances whereby the earrings need to be exchanged/returned, please refer to the following.
Incorrect Item Received
If you believe you have received the wrong item, contact us at support@myearscapes.com with the email titled “Incorrect Item Received – [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of incorrect product received.
Defective Item Received
If you believe you have received a defective item, contact us at support@myearscapes.com with the email titled “Defective Item Received – [Insert Order ID]”. Together with this e-mail, please provide us with your Order ID and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a detailed description of the defect.
Upon receiving your email, our Customer Care will help on your case.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect, use and disclose personal data that you provide to us to supply the Product to you, process your payment for the Product, to send you newsletters if you have registered for our mailing list, and other specified purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT
My Earscapes is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on the Site, and in the material published on it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, adapt, download, distribute or howsoever deal with any content or material from the Site in any form or by any means without My Earscapes prior written permission. If you believe an intellectual property right has been violated on the Site, please contact us.

The website may or may not contain links to third party websites that are not owned by My Earscapes, this includes third party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that My Earscapes is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using this website, you agree to absolve My Earscapes from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website.

Your payment for any Product purchased from the Site is processed by third party payment system providers and My Earscapes does not retain or process any such payment information. My Earscapes cannot guarantee the security of such third party payment system(s) or any payment data on the Site, My Earscapes is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any third parties and disclaims any and all liability in connection with the acts, omissions or defaults of such third parties. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, My Earscapes is not responsible for the results of any credit inquiry, the availability or performance of the Internet, your connection to the Internet or the actions or inaction of any other person or entity, including any internet service provider.
