Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How long does it take to ship out the order?
We aim to dispatch all customer orders within 48 hours, with the exception of weekends. For sale period, festive season and public holidays, order dispatch may take up to 3-5 days in these cases.
I have placed an order but have not received the confirmation email.
Every time you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find it, get in touch with our customer service team
Can I cancel an order that has already been shipped?
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to cancel an order that has already been sent.
If you no longer want the order, we recommend that you refuse the shipment when they will deliver it to your address. Once we receive the return at our facilities, we will proceed to reimburse the order.
Will I be charged for handling customs fees, duties and taxes?
Yes. There may be duties, taxes or handling fees incurred on your shipment depending on your country. These charges will be customers responsibility. Tax and custom charges is dependent on your country law & regulations. What a stud does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.
